TENANT VERIFICATION

It is often difficult for owners to verify the credentials of prospective tenants before letting out the property to them. Blue Squirrel Concierge makes this process easy by taking on the responsibility.

Verification of Important Documents

Blue Squirrel Concierge  will ensure that the complete details of potential tenants are collected and given to the owners, and originals are verified, including the following:

1. Photographs
2. Government- related details
3. ID Card copies
4. Aadhar card Copies
5. PAN Card Copies
6. Passport Copies
7. Employment verification

Compiling and Sharing Documents

• These documents will be scanned, photocopied and shared with the owner.
• Copies of the documents will be retained by Blue Squirrel Concierge for future references.

Preparation of Rental Agreement

• A Rental Agreement is a legal document that is executed between the owner and the tenant that contains the terms and conditions of occupancy, the time period of occupancy, and other details such as advance given, monthly rental value agreed upon, etc.
• This will be prepared by Blue Squirrel Concierge team
• The terms and conditions will be as per mutual agreement of both parties.

Execution of Rental agreement

• Blue Squirrel Concierge will take the responsibility of preparing and executing the rental agreement as suitable to the owner’s requirements
• Blue Squirrel Concierge will also complete all necessary proceedings, including attestation and confirmation of contract between the owner and tenant.
