PROPERTY BILL PAYMENT

Often, owners do not have time to spare from work/office for paying different bills such as electricity bill, water bill, etc. Moreover, there is a different due date for each bill. If the bills are not paid on time, the owner may attract penalty, forcing him to pay more than required. This issue can be resolved by transferring the responsibility to Blue Squirrel Concierge.

Types of bills/payments

• All monthly bills, utility bill payments can be assisted by Blue Squirrel Concierge.
• Blue Squirrel Concierge can also take care of paying property tax at the right time at the concerned municipality without incurring any additional cost for delay.
• In special cases, Blue Squirrel Concierge can also deal with EMI payments and Insurance payments, provided the owner is willing to share the mandatory details and documents.

Mode of Payment

• Owner has to transfer the required bill amount for all bills/payments to Blue Squirrel Concierge .
• Blue Squirrel Concierge will carry out all payments without the owner having to spare personal time for these errands.
• The payment of regular bills may be done online, through bank account direct transfer or in person.
• The property taxes will be paid as per the Government guidelines through cash/dd/cheque, as applicable.

Receipt documents

• The receipts of all bills and payments will be scanned and photocopied to maintain a regular file of transactions of the Blue Squirrel Concierge
• All original receipts will be mailed to the owner as soft/hard copies, or delivered to him/her in person.

Property Inspection

Routine inspection of vacant land/plot is conducted regularly to ensure encroachment does not happen also we undertake activities like fencing or plantations as directed by the customer’s requirement.
