MOVE-IN/MOVE-OUT ASSISTANCE 

Necessary support will be provided by Blue Squirrel Concierge in the process of tenant move-in/move-out.

Guidelines to tenants

• Before tenants move-in/move-out, they will be briefed about the upkeep and maintenance of the property that must be done from their side.
• Lease guidelines regarding rental payment, terms, and conditions in Rental Agreement, etc., will also be briefed to them

Confirmation of move-in/move-out date from tenant

• All tenant related information like move-in/move-out date, specific requirements from the tenant etc will be collected by Blue Squirrel Concierge.
• Blue Squirrel Concierge will keep a tab on the move-in/move-out by tenants to ensure there are no problems. The owner need not spare separate time for supervising the moving in of tenants as Blue Squirrel Concierge will handle it, and provide required help.
• Blue Squirrel Concierge will do the necessary upkeep of the property before the tenant takes/leaves the possession.
