Civil Works

• Good quality material will be used for civil work such as cementing the cracks, holes and crevices, masonry works, minor building repairs and other miscellaneous repairs.

Carpentry

• We provide woodwork solutions according to the requirements of the customers. Wardrobes, wooden platforms, doors, wooden furniture etc can be made, repaired and polished.

Electrical

• Issues with wiring, loose sockets, worn out switches, lights and fans etc., will be taken care of. We use the best quality cables and switches for the repairs.

Plumbing

• Problems related to water supply and plumbing can be resolved – replacement of leaky faucets/taps and pipes, etc. and maintenance of sanitary fittings.

Painting/ White washing

• Exterior and interior painting and design of the house with the owner’s choice of paints and colours in a pocket friendly budget will be ensured by Blue Squirrel Concierge. 
• White-washing/ pest-control can also be carried out if needed.

Work Estimate/Quote

• The complete details of the issues will be recorded along with pictures/videos before and after the repairs are done.
• A fair and reasonable quote for the repairs, will be shared with the owner.
